Spirit Lake Review
Submission Guidelines
We are open for submissions from December 15th--March 1st.
Spirit Lake Review welcomes outstanding poetry, prose, and visual art submissions by writers and artists from anywhere. As a Wisconsin-based journal, we tend to give special consideration to submissions from those with connections to our state and/or the Upper Midwest region. Email submissions to SpiritLakeBooU (AT) gmail (DOT) com along with a short 50-word biography in the third person in the body of your email. While you are welcome to submit works in different genres, we request that you include all works you intend to submit for the reading period in one submission. We accept simultaneous submissions as long as authors notify us at SpiritLakeBooU (AT) gmail (DOT) com as soon as a piece is accepted elsewhere.
Spirit Lake Review is committed to the celebration of the human experience. AI-generated poetry, prose, and visual art will not be considered.
